Tech sprayed and threw gradules 6-8 feet from foundation and not at base of foundation around the entire perimeter of the house. Update: The owner of the company called me back and apologized. He also said they wanted to re-treat the property to be sure it's done right. I very much appreciate the call back and the effort this company took to make it right.

The service person is very polite and does a great job. I cancelled the spray around the house and cobwebs brushed off. Didn’t think I needed it any longer. Will call if I need it again.

We love coastal pest! Lance is personable and thorough, always going above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. We are on their quarterly subscription thing that guarantees against the majority of any pests so they come out and respray if needed, but we've never needed it. Highly recommend.
