Alex came out today to reset our bait traps and sealed the entry points for mice coming into our basement. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about the mice issue and also about a bat found to be getting in under our window casing. Recommendations for both those issues were very helpful (even though they don't service for bats). Glad to know there shouldn't be an issue with my cats and the bait, and I know what to watch for now. Also happy to have gotten this resolved quickly- I wrote yesterday and was able to schedule the appointment for today right away. Awesome job! Thank you Alex for your help with these pesky critters. My cats will be disappointed not to have any more mice to play with in the basement!

I’ve never felt the need to rate Colonial Pest as our usual representative that serviced our area was just so so. Thankfully today we were blessed to see a new face, Alex. He was kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Today a 5 star review is well deserved. Hoping that Alex is our new exterminator.
