Really needed the help from this company but nobody bothered to call back following the initial call from myself where I was told the cost £189 and that they would be in touch after I explained the issue. After 4 follow up calls form me, the locally based pest operative “Paul” never made contact. Despite the call taker telling me on 4 seperate occasions they would. Poor service.

A few years ago with Tony in our area 5 stars. Now 4 phone calls and a request through website. On phone say ok youll get a call back then nothing ever happens. Started calling in November! Not good enough if no one available then say so!

Offensive non-performer. Zero stars if possible. Almost a week after I asked for a mole catcher, nobody had made an appointment. So I phoned to ask for help with this, and a customer service person put the phone down on me. Draw your own conclusions whether this is a firm to trust.

I used Command Pest Control 2-3 years ago to get rid of mice up in the loft space of my bungalow. I could not fault the service provided, so when wasps started buzzing and building a nest in the loft I went back to them to get the nest treated. At £84 the price was competitive, and within 48 hours someone had been to treat the nest. So I'll give them credit for that. However, the follow up since has been terrible. I was told if the wasps returned, to call back and arrange a follow up appointment and treatment. The wasps did return a few days later, so I called to get a follow up appointment. I was told assuredly "Someone will call you back to organise another treatement." I waited a few days, but no-one called back. So I called Command again. There was no apology. I confirmed my name, number and address and was assured again that "Someone will call back to organise another treatment." So, I waited another week, and still no call back. A couple of days after that call though later, I did receive correspodance in the post. It was Command inviting me to pay the invoice for the initial treatment; but dated and sent after I had already called twice about a follow up treatment for the wasp nest. Infurated at being asked to pay for something that had not been resolved, I called again - 3 times across the day. However, my calls were either not answered or were met with an engaged tone. Given I couldn't now seemingly reach anyone by phone, I sent a formal letter of complaint by email, and a copy in the post, to say I wasn't happy with the follow up service being provided, or at the invoice being sent when the problem hadn't been resolved. I asked them to get organised, to get in touch and to come and re-treat the wasp nest. 6 weeks later I've heard nothing. I've made a couple more attempts to call, but both times I get an engaged tone. I actually wonder if my number has been blocked. No attempt has been made by Command to respond to my email/ letter, and funnily enough no return call about re-treating the wasp nest. As a returning customer who received such good service previously, I am hugely frustrated and disappointed at Command's inability to uphold the promised level of service. Command have left me £84 out of pocket and with wasps still buzzing around in the loft space. I have now drafted a letter to Trading Standards to see if they'll investigate and help resolve the issue.
