We had a squirrel get into our basement and cause destruction. Gary was able to come within a couple hours with a trap. He identified the entry point (chimney) and trapped the little guy within 8 hrs. Excellent service!

I called with a raccoon problem. The gentleman showed on time, very knowledgeable, had patience, and price was reasonable. Every raccoon was caught and removed in a timely matter.I would recommend them and call them again if needed

I’ve been doing business with this guy for well over 6 years. He used to follow up for three months but now it is two visits total. My most recent service at 2 of my properties weren’t followed up properly. When my tenants made me aware I contacted Mr. Gary and he wanted to charge me an additional $45 per property. Sad that my continued patronage of his business ended on this note. The service just isn’t the same buyer beware.

Service man arrived on time is the best thing I can say! Other than that, I had a small cockroach issue and caught it early as their were not many in my home, and they were not adult rodents. The source of the critters were a neighboring vacant house. I explained that to the technician. He said that he would apply a spray and that they would come out from the walls if they were hiding. After the treatment not many were visible. The tech was shocked not to see any. I informed him that I wanted to catch this problem before it got out of control and called as soon as I saw one. The tech then stated that he would return in a month for a repeat spray. Shortly after his visit, I started see them more. Even outside of the kitchen area. I was shocked. Especially since they asked me to pay in cash for a $10 discount! I will not be calling for a second treatment. I called Orkin who treated the exterior and applied gel to continued killing the babies. Much better plan of attack to prevent infestation from outside.
