I was having a problem of getting bits on me inside of my home. I got the number of Complete Peat Solutions from a friend who recently used this company. Josh came out and preformed a very through inspection. He did not see any indication of what i believed was my problem. I decided to go ahead with the complet treatment, just to set my mind at ease. Kyle came out the next day. Both gentle men were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and very through. Kyle did not miss one inch of the inside of my house. Im sure my issue is now resolved and my mind is at ease. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

Wildly mixed experience here, but this most recent interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. I had an appointment to treat drain flies. The worker showed up 45 minutes early and texted me that he was here. He did not knock on the door. When I saw the text (at the appointed time) he had already left and told me I would need to reschedule for later in the week. However, I was able to reach the office. The woman I spoke to rerouted him and he was very apologetic about the miscommunication. He was professional and very helpful. Today, I received a call from the company saying that my check had been returned. They accused me of writing a bad check and said that I would need to pay by debit card with an additional $45 fee to make up for it. Frankly, I have no idea why the check was returned. It was perfectly valid and there was money in my account to pay. I was told that I could not write another check as the boss no longer trusted me. Excellent service from the technician, but I feel pretty uncomfortable after the accusatory language and the extra fee that I don't see myself returning to Complete Pest Solutions.

Josh was my technician at my home. He is an incredible worker. A great work ethic for a young man. Explained things to me and took the time to show me what needs repaired . The company is lucky to have him. Such a great guy! Thank you Josh!!!!!

We had two yellow jacket nests, one in the ground and one in our wall. Kyle came out and was great, he inspected and treated the whole house. The treatment also came with a great warranty for the rest of the summer. I would highly recommend these guys!

Kyle was very pleasant and hard working. He was diligent and thorough and explained everything he was doing. He truly likes his job and it is evident in how he treats customers. We feel so much better with Kyle's help

We scheduled Complete Pest Control to come out on 08/04 at 9:30 AM. By 10:00 AM, they still hadn’t arrived. When we called, we learned they had rescheduled our appointment — without telling us — to 08/05 at 10:30 AM. My husband had taken the day off work to be there, so this was extremely inconvenient. We understand that things happen, but where was the communication? On 08/05, the technician arrived 40 minutes late. He explained he couldn’t install the bat cone until at least 08/15 due to legal restrictions. He was scheduled for only an hour and completed about a third of the work. Despite the job being incomplete, we were immediately invoiced for two-thirds of the total cost — frustrating when communication about scheduling seemed impossible, but billing was instant. We were told two technicians would return on 08/15 to finish the work. Then, on 08/06, we received a text saying the appointment had been moved to 08/18 — again, without asking us first. After dealing with this bat issue for over four months and waiting for the legal removal window, the lack of confirmation or notice has been incredibly frustrating. On 08/18, the bat cone was finally installed, with a follow-up scheduled for 09/03 at 1:45 PM to seal the rest of the house and remove the cone. By 2:00 PM, no one had arrived. After several unanswered calls, someone finally picked up and informed me it had been moved to 4:00 PM. Yet again, no text, call, or email to notify us in advance. To be fair, the technician, Josh, who came out each time was knowledgeable, professional, and apologetic. This is in no way his fault — he did his best and was courteous throughout. Unfortunately, the company’s repeated scheduling issues and total lack of communication have made this experience far more stressful than it needed to be. I was also told the manager would call me so i could explain this frustration to him and see if we could work something out and no one ever reached out to me. If you value your time, prepare to be frustrated.

We caught a bat in the bathroom and Kyle came over and boxed it up and was out of here in five minutes! I would recommend them to anybody. Very professional and very fast.
