Bruce provided excellent service when we had a skunk fall into our empty hot tub vault. We called him on a Friday evening and he was very responsive, answering all our questions about the situation. He came out the following day (Saturday) and successfully trapped the skunk without it spraying - which was our biggest concern! After removing the animal, he thoroughly disinfected the vault area. Bruce was professional, knowledgeable, and handled what could have been a messy situation perfectly. I'd definitely recommend his services for wildlife removal needs.

We were overwhelmed until we found Bruce and his amazing team. Our cabin at Bear Lake had become a haven for bats! I don’t know how Bruce and his team got them all out of every tiny crevice and gap in the roof and log construction, but they did! And because they are consummate professionals, Bruce has followed up with us regularly to see that their work is continuing to keep bats out. He and his team are simply the BEST!!

We purchased a house that had a snake den under the foundation. The snakes were boiling out of the den this spring. Bruce came up the very same day I called and got us set up with traps. We ended up catching over 200 snakes! He also helped us seal up the problem areas so the snakes cannot get back in. I highly recommend this company!

We called about a bat that flew into our business, but Bruce tried to overcharge us an absurd amount and demanded payment before even coming out. After doing some quick research, we found another service for a fair price. When we told him we didn’t want his service, he kept messaging us and went on a guilt-trip rant. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with.
