Overall: They are fine. They are not any better than other shelters, so visit many before making decisions. Negative: They gave me a cat with more medical issues than they revealed and I have spent HUNDREDS trying to take care of it now. The manager was not friendly and they also seemed self righteous in stating they will not take in cats older than 10 because they “didn’t live long there”. Keep in mind my original senior cat lived to be 17. Overall just frustrated. I love my cat but I have been stressed for two months non stop by his constant medical issues. Positive: The staff are kind and take good care of the pets. They know the animals well and are open to answering questions.

I have been trying to find a cat to adopt but I am not getting contacted back about the ones I am interested it. You would think if they need people to rescue, they would be more responsive. I got contacted once to adopt a dog but I don’t want a dog. I want a cat. At this point I have better luck picking up a stray off the street.

I had to take my dog back to shelter after a mishap and the dog was a danger to not only me but to other people as well (after multiple aggressive attacks causing blood), i thought this shelter would be understanding and not put the dog down (which would be the best outcome) and instead of them being understanding after i explained everything they were not only rude but they had no empathy and yanked the dog from me and blamed me for what happened.. i tried my hardest to give this dog multiple chances but i know i wasnt able to give this dog the life it needed.. very disappointed.. get better staff! this is shameful

Had a wonderful experience, so helpful with everything. I adopted a puppy that they had named Cruise renamed Layla. Now thinking about fostering. Layla is the one standing

Nice people. Got to meet some of the cats available. The workers let us know about the different cats and their stories too so we could make sure we pick a cat that fits our family.
