Absolutely Excellent service. We kept seeing a mouse no matter how much traps we put down. Sneakiest mouse I’ve ever encountered. Called thinking they’d come next day. No they came at 9:15pm at night! Thrilled with the service and how prompt and helpful and friendly. If I have other issues I will surely be calling them. Called concise pest control when i found bugs around my home. I called and he answered right away. I sent him photos over the phone. He quickly was able to identify them as carpenter beetles. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He told me everything i needed to do. Would recommend to everyone :)

Concise Pest Control services came to my mom’s house and did a fantastic job, my mom had 1 mouse, there is no such thing as 1 mouse-always many. Richard put mouse poison everywhere and traps throughout and sprayed the entire place (if you want it added) for bugs as well. The mouse is gone, that was just last week. Also, his price is reasonable, plus you’re not locked into an agreement, just excellent service. Other companies want you to paid and lock you into 6 months or yearly service agreement. I know because I called several companies. Plus their price is extremely high. Call Concise Pest Control - they will not disappoint.

I had huge rat in my home Im a single mother with a child he came right away three times even after business hours he dropped everything just to make sure me and my son were safe iam truly grateful not only that he reached out to me so he could in fact make sure the problem went away he sealed up holes even though it was not his job . I only felt safe to go in my home when he was around he's a great guy ! He goes above and beyond . I highly recommend not only that his pricing is fair . He puts alot into what he does I'm very satisfied
