We had multiple ant outbreaks after pest bros sprayed. They came back and more popped up. We decided to go with a different provider since they couldn’t manage this.

!Unprofessional and Unreliable Service! We have been a loyal customer of Conquest Pest Control for years, but this past Monday, after charging us $475 for a service, they informed us they would no longer be servicing our location. When we called to arrange ongoing weekly maintenance, they abruptly ended our partnership with no prior notice or explanation. I had to request an email as proof of this immediate dismissal to provide documentation for government agencies if needed. This kind of treatment is highly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially from a company that is partnered with GHRA. We will be reporting these actions to GHRA to bring awareness to their lack of commitment and professionalism. I’ll be attaching photos of the charges and the termination email in this review as evidence. I would not recommend Conquest Pest Control if you’re looking for a reliable, long-term service provider. Update response: Thank you for your response, but it is concerning that you are publicly addressing someone named Leticia when she is not the person who wrote this review, nor was she the one representing the company in this matter. The review came directly from ownership. It is inappropriate and unprofessional to assume and publish names without verifying who you are addressing. Additionally, your statement about Texas Department of Agriculture laws preventing you from performing this type of service contradicts your own service history. You have previously completed the exact same German roach treatment at this location. This would have been the second treatment. If you are now claiming you could not perform the service due to regulations, then why did you go ahead with it on Monday and charge us $475? We confirmed with your own representative that the service was completed, only to be told days later that you would no longer be servicing our account. So either you did perform the service and dropped us without notice, or you are now claiming you did not, which should result in a full refund. Either way, your position is inconsistent and misleading. We will be reporting your conduct to GHRA due to the unprofessional handling of this situation and the lack of clarity in your communication. We formally request a refund of $475 based on your own public statement that you could not provide the service.

Terrible company to deal with. Hired in January 2025 to get rid of a raccoon in the attic in March. The raccoon was back and the issue persisted. Despite the fact that I explained that my tenant has cancer and has not been sleeping in three days because of their raccoon. No one had any sense of urgency to address the matter promptly. I own several properties that are used as a rental and will never use this company again
