I called Cook's Pest Control when I saw ants in my kitchen. They came fast and were very polite. The guy explained everything in words I could understand. He treated the inside and outside of my home. I liked how careful he was with my pets. After the first visit, the ants were gone within days. They also checked for other pests just in case. I felt safer knowing my house was protected. They even showed me tips to prevent bugs from coming back. I could tell they cared about doing the job right. Their truck was clean and well kept. The tech wore a uniform and looked professional. He also called ahead before arriving, which I liked. The price was fair for the work they did. I signed up for regular visits to keep my home bug free. They send reminders before each appointment. That helps me keep track. Cook's Pest Control made a stressful problem easy to fix. I would tell anyone to call them first. You will not regret using their service. My home feels clean and safe now. I am glad I found them. Five stars all the way.

Very professional, I think he represents the best of what one would expect from a pest control company. He notified me before arrival, clearly described what his inspection entailed, gave me a clear verbal report of his findings before leaving the premises. I've been a customer for yrs and I can truly say this company has it right. The young lady in the office named Katie Rogers is on top of her job and I say that because she each month sends me a reminder of my day n time of next service on top of just feels more like a friend at this point and that to me is total customer service at its best.
