We've used Cook's for decades. We have never had a problem with their workers or the office staff. There have been a few times-very few-where we had some minor issues-nothing really bad. Something like maybe pests showing up after recent treatments. The response is always amazing. We've always had a technician on site the same day, usually in just 2 or 3 hours. I remember one time when a tech responded in less than an hour! you will not be grilled by the office crew. They just say, "We'll send a tech to check it out." And they do.

I highly recommend COOK’S PEST CONTROL to everyone! My parents used them when they lived in the area so when we moved here I chose them because I knew their reputation! Anyone I have had contact with has been very kind and helpful. Our technician knows his job. If I have a question he has the answer, impressive. And no matter how horrifically hot and humid or the rare occasion of cold, he still does a thorough job on his routine maintenance!! Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!!

When Randall doesn't do my house inside and outside, the others only spray outside making all spiders, ants, and other bugs run inside my house. This is unsatisfied for me, I pay for an full treatment and those other people don't do that. If Randall can't do my house, don't send anyone else. Those others need more training to go inside and treat the house. I know Randall want be with you forever, and when he's not, I will cancel. Because those others don't do a good job.

He was AMAZING! Listened carefully, went above and beyond answering questions and even removed some spider webs he found. Super thorough and put me at ease as I was worried about wasps outside and spiders inside and my toddler.
