My experience was terrible. First they tried to charge my card before they serviced my hone. Then the guy they sent out did a terrible job ..didn't get cobwebs. I had to call them to ask to come back out they never showed up. Just a waste of money they charged me 159.00 for nothing

Technician paid attention to detail and requests regarding spider webs and roaches seen. She also explained different types of roaches and those to be wary of and report immediately if seen.

I have been using this pest control company for about a year now. When we first moved in, the house had been sitting for a few months and there were issues with roaches and water bugs. They would come out very soon after I called and used a more aggressive approach that completely eliminated the problem. I have had any issues and they are always so pleasant and responsive. I am very happy with the service thus far.

Okay when is it appropriate to place a company's service sign in a customer's yard without asking permission from the customer to do so? I don't provide FREE advertising service, just as Cook's does not provide FREE service to me. For me this is illegal, if not sure protect yourself and take the time to RESPECT the customer and ASK😖😒😣 Addendum: In response to the response from the company's owner. Per my reading comprehension, it's clear that I don't want any of Cook's advertising signs or sign placed on my property. There should be no need to investigate. A simple question asked to the home owner prior to placing a sign would have demonstrated basic RESPECT. However, I thank you for your written response, which clearly shows the lack of RESPECT for your customers. Better yet, let you Invision a company's sign placed on Cook's Pest Control property without permission 🤔 NO means NO 👌
