We've had Cook's Pest Control for YEARS and are very happy. We tried a new service briefly in our new neighborhood, but it was horrible and we couldn't run back to Cook's fast enough. We would recommend Cook's to anyone who prefers top-notch service and ZERO bugs (well, maybe one might get in, but that's about it) and NO cob-webs.

When I spoke to the technician, he was pleasant and professional. He efficiently articulated the work he completed during his visit. He was in and out, focused on the task at hand. I really appreciate the quality of service.

I have a service with them a few times and today they come to my house and the boy took forever outside to go to look for him and he's gone never service the inside of my house at all. Not okay very angry. I would not recommend them.

Overall our experience was great! We hope to request Stephen for future services! He was extremely easy to talk to, gave us great advice for our daily maintenance, and was thorough with everything he did. When you're welcoming a stranger into your home for anything - especially as a young woman home alone at the time - you want someone who is professional and makes you feel totally comfortable & at ease. That was absolutely my experience, and I am so thankful!
