Our “termite trap” technician was the perfect combination of professional and friendly. He worked around our overgrown shrubs to get to two of the traps and tolerated our barking dog. (We’ll take care of the shrubs before next visit…but the dog will likely still be loud…) Also, communication was clear and consistent from initial appointment-setting to day-of-service arrival updates. Highly recommend.

We just bought a new house and the termite bond was with Cook's. We'd never dealt with them but decided to give them a try. We tried out a couple of different services they offered and we were pleased with them all, especially the mosquito spray for the yard. We had noticed the mosquitoes were pretty bad, but the day after they sprayed, not one single bite! Their technicians were very prompt and professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing - something our old pest control provider never did. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and they were reasonably priced.

Lavon is our technician and he’s always very punctual and friendly! He seems very happy to do his job which is rare these days. I definitely recommend this company and Lavon himself!

My technician, Joseph, from Cook’s Pest Control has been servicing my house for a while now. He has taken care of all the roaches, spiders, and ants very well. I would definitely recommend Cooks Pest Control. They are very reliable and have great service people who care.
