Dylan came out same day when we saw evidence of mice (because when is there ever just one). He set up some traps and found another space they were making themselves at home at where we were totally unaware of. The next day their territory manager Spencer happened to stop by to ensure we were taken care of. He had just left the office and BOOM little Mr Field Mouse decided to make his presence known. We ever so politely walked to the parking lot to ask him to return. Spencer caught the little booger for us after chasing it through drawers and on the wires behind them. Can't rave enough about the amazing customer service!!

After calling all the pest control companies in the local area, Cook's was the one company that came through with service. They fit me in to their schedule and were very informative. Prices are fair and not inflated like some of the larger pest control companies.

BEWARE!!!!! These people are the biggest liars I've ever come in contact with in my life when they come out for the initial consultation they will not tell you that you're going to be locked into a contract and then their product doesn't even work do not go to this company I have to pay $200 just for them not to come to my house again. Daytime robbery right here

I've had problems since day one of Cook's pest control I got Cook's pest control in February of 20/20 was going to be 200 to start the first 3months,so I set an appointment and it was a no-call no-show they took 100 off my contract for the no call no show then in March and April I had to remind them to come out then may they never even showed up June they came but did not spray the outside of my house at all July they came out and the men that came out I liked and would like him to come back he did my yard and did what he thought would be best now today 8/10/20 I get a letter in the mail stating that I owe Cook's pest control $123 when I've paid for the days they came to my property and I'm not behind they say that 4 monthsyour pest should be gone but they don't keep on my properly as they should so they are yet to be gone every time I call I get sent to voicemail or have to leave a message honestly getting sick of it
