5 star isnt even enough. I rung and explained my situation they come out 2 days after first thing in the morning which was perfect for me & baz who attended was the kindest nicest man very police and efficient. Even text me the day prior to the appointment because he didnt want to disturb me so early in the morning. I even asked to run throhgh some questions the night prior and he had no problems wjth this. Would deffinantly recommend & the price didnt break the bank either. Perfect thanks so much!! And thank you baz !!

Update : so far so good we have not heard the rats for a few days which is fantastic, the follow up visit check reported no signs of activity which is awesome news, so now we wait and see what happens.
