Stayed at Copper Lenten Motor Lounge and was blown away by the charm. Clean, cozy room with a beautiful view of the river perfect for a quiet getaway. The sound of the water at night was incredibly calming. Friendly staff, great vibe and a real hidden gem. Highly recommend!

This motel is so bad that I should have stayed in my car. Paid for 2 nights and left after one night. Pubic hair on the shower walls, stained bath mat, ac with layers of dust that wouldn’t shut off, rusted heater, stained chair, no place for toiletries, … and there was the dank and musty odor. Too bad it’s not kept up as it could be nice if someone cared

Called to reserve my room and two minutes later I was done. Arrived at property and Bobbie greeted me, got me checked in, explained thermostat operation and recommended restaurants… all in about three minutes. So easy. And super friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. Bathroom was small. Refrigerator and microwave both in good order. On this particular trip I’ve stayed a different hotel every night for three weeks. From 5 star resorts to 2 star motor lodges. By comparison, This property is an amazing value. I highly recommend this place if location is sensitive or you are looking for a budget friendly get away.

For the price on graduation weekend I'm giving 5 stars. It not quite a 5 star hotel, but 4 stars for their friendliness, cleanliness, beautiful location and amazing lawn on the river. I would definitely stay here again.

Straight out of the 60's or 70's. So, I don't require much, and I'll take a motel over a hotel any day of the week, but WOW. The location was good for us as we were going to a wedding 3/4 mile away. The corridor and stairs to the 2 story building were covered in bird poop. The plastic tables and walls outside of the rooms looked as though they had never been cleaned. Needs a thorough power washing. As for inside, be prepared to step back in time, not in the good way. This was at best a $60 room, yet we paid $180. We stayed for 10 hours and touched as little as possible. I think the place has potential to be adorable, and not for a lot of money. Perhaps a coat of paint, new bedspreads, coffee maker, mini fridge, to name a few.
