These guys DO NOT exterminate, they juss go from door to door handing out glue traps ,dont even come inside and inspect the house /apt, do not even bother with this company ... stay away

Definitely do not recommend. Employees are terrible and their treatment methods are obsolete. First off, they came into my apartment to inspect for bed bug. First thing the guy did was pull an iPad out and started taking pictures of my apartment without even asking permission. I felt violated in terms of privacy and I told him I was not comfortable with it. He takes photographs anyway completely ignoring my boundaries. My place was clean but I’m very private about my home, especially when I sometimes hang sensitive documents on my fridge so I do not forget about them. Also they tell everyone that nothing works to get rid of bed bugs other than their destructive heat treatment which is a hassle Because you have to remove everything heat sensitive which is impossible because I have so much stuff put away in different drawers, etc it’s not possible to remember exactly where every single heat sensitive item is. My neighbor, whose son is an exterminator, said the heat treatment is completely outdated and no longer used anymore and there are many more convenient options that are safe for pets and children. I have used the bed bug powder by hot shot and it was highly effective. A few years have gone by and no more issues with bed bugs, even though this comment was very persuasive with insisting that no other extermination company’s method and no home treatment method was effective. A friend recently told me she also used the hot shot and it worked for her as well. Don’t let this highly unprofessional company fool you to scam you out of money! Unfortunately management for the place I rent from falls for their lies and continues to use them. They scam you do not fall for it!

I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience! The office staff was wonderful and quickly insured my issues with our unwelcome friends were going to be taken care of. Carlos was our service tech and he was great. Took care of all of our immediate issues, super knowledgeable and put me at ease! Would definitely recommend.

I just want to thank Corbett Exterminating for such an amazing job. Kieon did such great work and during this time of COVID 19, he was very thorough and conscious of being super safe at all times. I felt so comfortable during the entire process and the three treatments they provided me for bed bugs. The treatments hardly had any smell and didn’t irritate us at all. They were so attentive to all of my needs and requests, called and texted constantly to make sure everything was to my liking and kept in touch even after the services were over. I have never experienced such great treatment from a company prior to this. Thank you Corbett Exterminating!! We appreciate all of the workers who did such an outstanding job in my home. Will definitely refer and use you again for all of my exterminating needs.

Was recommended by a friend to use this company and we are so happy we did! Their customer service representative who arranged the appointment was professional, super friendly and transparent. I then met with Spencer who did the exterminating and he was knowledgeable and very thorough. Highly recommend!
