I contacted a few fumigation companies. Many owners are like salesmen - sounded good but not sincere. I find Justin, the owner of Costless, down-to-earth and straight forward. The office is also very communicative. Both put into extra effort and material to accommodate my special concerns. One foreman was respectful and cooperative. The other foreman needed a better attitude. The crew also needed to be more careful with my plants. If you are new to fumigation, bear in mind these companies have multiple jobs per day, which means they have limited amount of time for your job. So prepare your property accordingly. My utility closet door was damaged after fumigation, and Justin came right away to fix it. All in all, I like the management of Costless, because of their willingness to go extra miles to do a good job.

Jojo was especially responsive, quickly answering all my calls and emails. Their service was not only efficient but also very cost-effective. Highly recommend!

My experience as a neighbor of a customer using this service is currently quite poor. Cost Less Fumigation chose to leave a termite tent up on a house with no mitigations when we had a 50mph wind storm warning over 24 hours beforehand, and storms in general had been forecasted for several days. The tent is now strewn across my backyard fence, after ripping off their customer's house at all tie points. It then flew partially into my yard to flap around, distributing whatever was coating the inside of it along with a bunch of alligator clips. It also flapped across my driveway in front of my house where--lucky for their bank account--I had only five minutes before removed my brand new car when I saw what was happening. This happened in the morning. My landlord called them multiple times trying to notify them, but was unable to connect. So he called the emergency line. I believe the response was that they had nobody available to do anything about it, and that was that. So, many hours after the storm has stopped, the poisonous tent that should never have been put up in this weather remains in my yard with no solution in sight. Please consider what this says about their professional judgment and likely responsiveness to your own needs before hiring them. Is a catastrophic incident caused by their gross recklessness how you’d like to meet your new neighbors? Edit: it was removed the next morning, which is about 18 hours later than it should have been for such an egregious mistake, with no apology or even attempt made to contact me. I still have no idea what it rinsed into my yard. Perhaps they thought only my landlord had a stake in this incident, even though I was the one actually frightened and inconvenienced by their highly unprofessional judgment and response. Hopefully this extensively pictorial review will help them understand otherwise.

Cost less fumigation did termite tenting for my newly purchased home. Our closing date was stalled several times due to a lien on the home. I probably rescheduled with cost less a few times, and every time I called, they were nice about it. Work was done within time-frame with no delays. Price was budget friendly too.

Very professional and easy services. They were on time and called a few times to confirm everything to be hassle free. They were reasonably priced and did a good job
