I'm a new resident to Lake Wales and called Country Boy to get pest control service and spoke to Marisa, she was quite pleasant and set up a visit by Kyle. He came early and went over the whole plan for outside and inside our home. The cost was very reasonable and he was very helpful and did a great job with everything. I will recommend them to anyone else who needs this service. They also do lawn care! A-1 by any standard!!

Country Boy was recommended by friends when we moved here in early 2022. The service is excellent from office to technicians. Everyone is Professional, friendly, respectful and reliable. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: after communicating with the owner and a home visit he has made this right… we agreed things should of been handled differently… the owner and his team are working very hard to figure out what could of caused this… although my first review was an unfortunate experience for us, we appreciate the effort put in since… thank you Country Boy Pest Control for doing the right thing It is unfortunate I have to leave such a poor review for this company since we have been a long time customer. We had our yard sprayed for bugs we do once a year. Within hours of spraying everything on the perimeter of our garden was dead and the overspray that misted other vegetable severely burned by the chemicals. It had me questioning what was actually sprayed giving we grow everything organically. After calling to figure out what could have happened we were met with a very defensive attitude. We were told the we must of sprayed something that caused that which we knew we had not. After sending them pictures and videos we were then told we don’t water enough and that’s why everything was dying from the heat. the funny thing is even the hydroponic plants on the bottom row are dying where they were sprayed. That is watered every 12 mins automatically. We specifically told them we were not wanting to get anyone in trouble or asking for a refund. We just wanted to know what was sprayed and how this could happen. Then we were told that everything u buy in the store has sprays and pesticides on it any way so what does it matter… That is such an insane response to me. Needless to say we will gladly to switch to an honest company from now on. Accountability can go a long way. Such a shame this is how they chose to handle this. And FYI plants standing straight up and reaching for the sun are not under watered and dying. This is clearly a chemical burn

Best lawn care & pest control service! Dustin has been key in transforming my lawn from one of the worst to one of the best in the neighborhood. Charles removed ants from our house and from our trees. Charles apples solution continually discouraging all bugs from visiting.

We receive Exterior Pest Control Quarterly services & Derek Daniel is awesome! He is always so friendly & professional. He makes sure we are happy and always asks if there are any questions or concerns we have before leaving. Not one FL buggie in sight since using Country Boy!

I noticed bugs when we got back from vacation. Country Boy came out for a retreat. I again noticed bugs a few days later. They came out and re treated again ( both times no charge). The mgr called and said if I noticed anymore he himself would come out. So far so good. I appreciate the attention they give my family. I highly recommend them.

Country Boy is the best. I have used them for years and have never been disappointed. They are professional and knowledgeable. They do not dilute their sprays if they say they are applying a product you can be assured that is the product and diluted according to what the manufacturer says. Their tech group is good and friendly. I highly recommend recommended them
