We had an issue with bees. They made a nest inside my living room ceiling. The nest was close to breaking through. Their saliva caused a wet spot in my ceiling, so it was imperative that I get someone right away. I called multiple outfits, and they either couldn’t handle the job or they couldn’t come out the same day. I called County Pest Control and they sent out a technician within a few hours. They canceled a previous job in order to meet my urgent need. Steve Bonser, the technician, was absolutely amazing!! He was on time, very thorough, explained everything to a T, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate about the situation and kept his time here super light and funny! He also cleaned up very well (there was a huge mess) and he put up a temporary block on my ceiling until I can get someone to patch the drywall. I thought the price was pretty reasonable too, since he was here for two hours and did a whole heck of a lot!! I highly recommend this company for all your pest extermination needs!

Along with being very knowledgeable and helpful, he was very kind. I will definitely use this service again for any issues I have with bees, mice, or other pests.
