We were having issues with carpenter ants coming into our house. I scheduled an appointment and the gentleman showed up on time and was very knowledgeable! He caught one of the ants to first verify it was a carpenter ant. He then surveyed the areas where they were entering. He gave us very informative information in regard to a tree that was close to our house and the fact that it was being used as an entry pathway. He sprayed outside (and we removed the tree) and we have had no more issues. Super professional, great company!
