When I called, the lady who answered kept talking to someone near here - making it confusing if she was talking to me or not. She only took my name and town. Never got back to me and have not answered emails or phone calls. The communication is terrible

Service was great at the start and was good for almost a year, then they just quit coming. I’ve made numerous calls and none were answered. I don’t know why. Payment was made each month. I could understand the winter months as the traps were covered in snow, but now they’ve just quit with no reason.
