Michael was the absolute best person to come to our house. He was beyond thorough and really took his time with the inspection and fixes. He was professional, personable, and always dependable. We trust Michael to get the job done properly and without stress. The critter ridder team is always professional but Michael truly goes above and beyond for all of his clients and their houses. His knowledge is unparalleled and continues to show through each project he has completed. I would highly recommend using Michael for your future critter ridder needs!

I was impressed by Matt's knowledge and experience. We thought bats made it into the attic, but found out they were roosting on the exterior vent and didn't make it into the house. I'm happy with the work done and his willingness to answer my questions along the way.

We had bats in our attic. I googled for what to do about it and came across the Cridder Ridder website. The online reviews are positive so I contacted them through their website. They called me back the following day and were very pleasant and we went through the process very quickly and efficiently. A Cridder Ridder technician came out and inspected the Attic and roof. He said we have 11 soffits on our roof that need to be repaired. I assumed by “repaired” that there was construction or carpentry work involved in repairing soffits. My misunderstanding. So Cridder Ridder’s charge for the inspection was $200. I thought that was a little high, but ok. We then talked about what he saw. The inspection experience took about 30 minutes. He was very professional and sounded confident in what needed to happen, so I was ok with paying the $200 inspection fee. I also wondered if that $200 went toward having the work done, if we decided to use their services, but it did not. There was some miscommunication about the repair work. In the end, Missy from their office contacted me and we had a discussion about it to clear things up. She was very pleasant and I'm glad she reached out to discuss it with me. So, did Cridder Ridder know what needed to be done and how to get the bats out? Absolutely. Did Cridder Ridder do what they said they would do? Sort of. They got rid of the bats. I am very appreciative and thankful for that. They ended up not doing the repairs the way they were originally explained, and they still billed for the original quote instead of the repair work that was actually done. But Missy called me after the fact and we worked through that. Are Cridder Ridder's prices reasonable? I would say their prices are high based on the time they actually spent working on this job for us. But they did get rid of the bats, and at the end of the day, that was what counted. Would I use them again? Yes. Tempered with a better understanding of the work being done and what I'm being charged for.

I recently sold my home "as is" as agreed-upon by ourselves and the new homeowner. The home inspector noticed possible indication of bats due to bat guano. We had Critter Ridder out for an inspection ($200) and Michael told me that he saw bats inside of the attic and quoted us $2,275.00 for extraction and repair. I made mention to him that we had sold the home in its present condition and that we would be removing any live animals, but roof repairs are not part of the contract. After a few days waiting on requested photos, I received photos of roof repair repairs only and one photo of exterior bat guano. I pressed for further clarification and was told that the technician had seen guano, not the bats themselves so the assumption is that there are active bats. This was contradictory to what I was told at the time of the inspection. I had a second bat removal company come out that conducted a full roof and attic inspection. I was told there is no evidence of active bats and the guano outside on the roof is not recent. The second company advised that the only action recommended is roof repair, and there are no live bats to remove. See attached photo of the conversation with Critter Ridder. The correspondence is unprofessional and I definitely question the ethics of this company.

Cridder Ridder to the rescue! They are great. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He handled our squirrel infestation while providing us an education. He will be our go-to guy if we ever have a critter problem in the future (which we hope is never). Thanks, Matt.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Mason is the MVP! Amazing service from Cridder Ridder! I had a raccoon situation in my basement — five of them, to be exact — and Mason from Critter Ridder came out three times in one week to make sure they were all safely gone. His dedication was incredible, and on the third visit, as the raccoons finally started to leave, he was able to gently take two of the cutest baby raccoons with him. 🦝💕 Mason, you’re the real MVP — professional, kind, and clearly passionate about what you do! Also, a huge thank you to Whitley in the office, who stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. Her support and communication made everything so much easier. If you’re dealing with unwanted critters, don’t hesitate to call Cridder Ridder. They go above and beyond! ⸻
