Awesome customer service. Had a bat in the attic and it was taken care of with very little effort needed from me. Colton was the tech that came out and he was amazing. Did a full house inspection including getting up onto the roof in multiple places to make sure he was identifying all possible locations a bat could have gotten in, gave his opinion of where the bat was likely getting in, and educated me on the process and bats in general throughout the inspection. He was even able to ID the guano and alleviate concerns my wife and I had about whether squirrels were also getting in or if it was just bats. Colton was very communicative and gave really quick responses to questions over text and was able to fit around my work schedule showing how flexible he was willing to be. His quote was detailed, and even separated out so that I could al - a - cart the repairs if needed. He got everything sorted extremely quickly and was impressive with how well he handled my extremely steep roof. Would definitely recommend to any of my neighbors. These guys kick ass

We called Critter Control for bat removal and it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Andrew was our tech and he was informative and so helpful. Critter Control was able to schedule our inspection the same day we contacted them, and Andrew had set up the humane bat doors that same day.

I called Critter Control to get a second opinion and I’m so glad I did!!! John was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and thorough in our inspection. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Although I wouldn’t recommend having squirrels take up residence anywhere in your home, I would recommend calling Critter Control to deal with it. Mike Cooper thoughtfully evaluated our situation, answered our many questions, and reliably returned until the issue was resolved. It would have been messy, inefficient, and ineffective to take this work on by ourselves. Mike’s repair work looks fantastic and we are much better equipped to prevent similar problems in the future.

Prompt response to my call. John was great and knew exactly what to look for to find how mice are getting into basement. And then they were able to do the actual work to correct the problem. One stop shop!

Mike came to inspect various items that I was concerned about. He did a thorough check and explain to me everything he felt that needed to be done, in a way that I could understand. Presently I am reviewing all the information he left with me regarding the work.

I contacted this company to remove bats from my attack. Kyle, the recognition that came to my house indicated a clean up of the attic was included. I was later told, $400 later that the service was not included. FYI you can get a bat tube from Amazon for $17. Essentially I paid $400 for him to place the tube, and fix a vent.

If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. What happened with this company was not just disappointing — it was misleading, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Let me explain the full situation so people understand exactly how this company operates. I contacted them because there is a dead mouse somewhere inside my basement, likely inside the walls or behind an area that isn’t visible. We could smell it, we moved everything, we searched every corner, and we even bought a camera to look inside the walls — and we still couldn’t locate it. That’s why I called professionals. That’s why I agreed to give my credit card upfront just to book the appointment. When I spoke to the woman on the phone, I was VERY clear about the situation. I specifically explained that the mouse was not visible and that we needed someone who had the proper tools and methods to locate a dead animal inside a wall or hidden space. She told me confidently that their technicians had ways to handle this exact situation. That was the ONLY reason I agreed to the $199 service. What actually happened was unbelievable. The technician arrived and instead of bringing any kind of equipment — no camera, no detection tools, nothing professional — he showed up with a tiny hand mirror. I honestly thought he was going to bring at least some kind of advanced device or inspection camera. But no. He then spent about 10 minutes walking around the OUTSIDE of my house… doing absolutely nothing that I requested. He never even tried to investigate the smell inside the basement. He never used any tools. He never attempted to locate the dead mouse. He never checked the actual area where we reported the issue. And after doing NOTHING to solve the problem, he charged me $199. The dead mouse is still inside my house. The problem is still exactly the same. The only difference is that I’m now $199 poorer for a service that did absolutely nothing and provided zero value. This was NOT a “communication issue.” This was misrepresentation, complete negligence, and a total disregard for the customer’s time, money, and needs. To make it very clear: • They did NOT remove the mouse. • They did NOT attempt to locate it. • They did NOT look where the smell was strongest. • They did NOT bring the tools they claimed to have. • They did NOT provide the service I requested and paid for. • They DID charge me $199 for walking around outside and pretending it was an “inspection.” This kind of behavior feels predatory and dishonest. It’s a perfect example of a company taking advantage of customers by promising one thing and delivering absolutely nothing. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. If this is how they handle a simple request, imagine how they handle more serious issues. This is exactly the kind of business that damages trust and gives the entire pest control industry a terrible reputation.
