I was originally going to rate lower than 5 stars, however, they made up for their opportunities. I had contacted Critter Control back in March for a woodpecker hole on my house. They were quick to come out and place a deterrent on my house. Then I was told they would be back in a week to patch the hole. After a month, I called them back and said due to weather they were behind. I get it. Then another few weeks went by and said I was going to be "squeezed in this week.". It took them two months to fully finish the job. When the job was finished not only was the hole patched and painted with the house paint I left out, but the worker painted ANOTHER part of my house (the front) where my tree scraped the paint off. He did not have to do that and I appreciate that work more than you know. The only opportunity this company has is to communicate with their customers better. I would have appreciated a call to ensure I was still on the schedule and that I was not forgotten. All in all nice work!

Tom from Critter Control has completed our inspections for bats for many years now following their initial task of remediating a bat problem in our attic. He always performs a thorough job and alerts us of any issues that need to be taken care of in order to continue our bat-free environment.

Tom called to let me know he would be at my home in 15 minutes. He arrived on time. We discussed the problem with mice getting into the laundry room. After a check of both upstairs and downstairs, Tom also checked outside the house. He determined where most likely the mice could get into the laundry room. Tom installed a barrier. While he inspected the areas, he shared what he was looking for and how he determined any evidence of mice. I appreciate Tom's expertise and his efficient and professional work!
