They are the real deal! Don’t bother with all the others trying to trap every animal in your neighborhood. We had squirrels in the attic of our 1890s brick house. Our guy Chris found 10 holes they were using for access. He systematically closed the holes and used a modified trap to create a single one-way exit that let all the squirrels leave but not reenter. It worked great! After he was done there were no more squirrels in the attic. We live one block from a large park that is full of squirrels. There are hundreds of squirrels in our neighborhood. Everyone else i called wanted to start with trapping and exterminating ALL the squirrels they could catch. But without effective exclusion work on our home new squirrels would just move in very quickly. Those sorts of solutions are myopic. We had a squirrel trying to take residence in our attic. Critter Removal Ohio was up front about process and pricing and they took care of everything without incident. The squirrel was able to leave and move on to a more appropriate home and we have our attic squirrel free again! Also, reasonably priced for the level of service. They checked on things several times monitoring progress and then sealed the entry point when they knew the squirrel safely exited. Definitely recommend them.

SO pleased! It took a while, but that was because of the groundhog's stubbornness, NOT because of Critter Control. They came once or twice per day for 2 weeks, tried different kinds of traps, and worked until they got our little intruder. Excellent work.

*** Update *** Bryor the owner reached out to me immediately about any issues I had. He was kind and concerned. I would highly recommend this business. They are extremely responsive and definitely customer and results oriented. I had a squirrel in my attic that wasn't accessible for me (our attic is split into 2 areas). Critter Removal was very responsive. Everyone I spoke to and communicated with through text was extremely kind and helpful. I had a picture and recording of the squirrel in my attic and sent them via text to Critter Control. They check back periodically after they set the cage to see if you are hearing any more movement. They will fix the point of entry that the critter gets into. They will fix the outside point of entry and not inside. I needed the squirrel gone and not to be harmed and that was done humanely. I felt the pricing was a fair price at $800. And the communication was fantastic.
