Critter Ridder sealed our home from bats, and DJ, Cam, and the crew were so kind and helpful. This is not a cheap process by any means, but the 5 year warranty is great (and the healthcare worker discount). Thanks again!

We were pleased with Critter-Ridder. There was a time delay due to their "busy season" to address squirrels in our attic, walls and ceiling. They did show up as scheduled. Alex patiently answered our questions and he and his staff were pleasant to work with. It appears our problem has now been resolved. We appreciate their service and the five-year warranty they provide and are looking forward to receiving the warranty documentation.

In response to our call, Critter-Ridder scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out *the very next morning* to perform an assessment and provide us with an estimate for services. In response to our concerns (we suspected raccoons in our chimney), Mr. Brabham performed a thorough examination of our chimney and helped us *correctly* identify the issue as chimney swifts. Mr. Brabham provided us with recommendations for next steps and an estimate for services Critter-Ridder could provide. Mr. Brabham was professional and friendly, helping us understand the problems we reported and outlining the best solutions moving forward. I typically don't invest my time submitting reviews but wanted to take a few minutes to give two thumbs up for the Critter-Ridder team!

I contracted with Critter Ridder in March of 2024 for removal of animals from my attic. I have a 5 year warranty and paid thousands of dollars for the service! There are squirrels in the attic again! I have called and left 3 messages as well as emailed them but have yet to receive any kind of response. I was assured that responses would be prompt and I have the warranty in hand. The warranty is no good if I can’t communicate with anyone about honoring it. EDITED 11/8/24 Critter Ridder did have someone contact me after almost two weeks of trying to contact them via phone, email, Facebook and posting my initial review here. Once they sent someone out they honored their warranty and made the necessary repairs. I am grateful!

Jason was so professional and kind. He went over and beyond to explain everything to my wife, who has brain cancer. He took pictures of his concerns(to send to me at work) and explained what we can do about it. We will definitely call Jason with any concerns in the future.
