I planned to hire this dog walker to take care of my puppy midday every weekday for the next three months, then transition to once or twice a week. I instead only had her work 5 days, and if the contract hadn’t required 72 hours notice, it would have 3. Had I had more time to find another dog walker, I would have cut ties at the first red flag. Her website says her starting price is $17 for 30 minutes, but when we met, she told me her base price is $22. Day 1, she dug through our closets “to find a towel” even though there was a water proof liner in the dog’s pin, paper towels on the counter, and towels for the puppy on the shelf with her things. She then left a good bath towel in the pin with the puppy, which was ruined by the time I got home. Day 2, she left the door unlocked and did not inform me that the puppy had chewed up a shoe while she was neglecting to monitor her. Day 3, my puppy got out of the yard because she didn’t follow the directions I gave her. Thankfully, my dog was not lost or injured, but she gave me a condescending message about how to handle a puppy getting loose, instead of apologizing! This was not the only condescending message she gave me during the week. Personally, I rarely write negative reviews, but the final straw was her trying to extort money from me for the return of my house key, which she insisted on instead of a garage code. She was wholly unprofessional, in my experience.

From initial contact through work being completed we have been very happy with Critter Stop. Jared came to do an inspection and provided an estimate and breakdown of the cost. Once work was scheduled the team showed up on time and was efficient. Subsequent checks went smoothly. Every time an appointment was scheduled I received a 20-30 minute advance text message. Having had several estimates, Critter Stop was the most responsive, punctual, and attentive. Would recommend.

Critter Stop did an excellent work in securing our attic. Appreciate the quick work and the dedication from their team. Christian and Aaron did a thorough job in installing and clean up, even helping trim some bushes that were in their way. Also thanks to Mat for the final check and fumigation in both our attics.

We had an amazing experience- they took care of a rather large wasps nest, haven’t seen any more since they came.

Thought we had mice, but the project manager showed us it was actually rats! Ew!! They closed off all of the holes to the house where they were getting inside, trapped them, had a camera monitoring the attic, then sanitized it after. I feel very relieved!
