Croach is the worst kind of company. They use aggressive sales to get you to sign up for a service plan that can't be cancelled without a huge fee. They do a bad job. The number of bugs on my property now is the same as before I started with them. They had no effect. One time I wanted them to get rid of a wasps nest in my bathroom vent. The dude came over and sprayed bug spray into the vent and left. He was here for like 40 seconds. I could have done that. For this I missed half a day of work. They always schedule service during the day and tell me I need to be home, and they won't even tell me what time. I HAVE A JOB. I can't do that. For my most recent scheduled service I couldn't get home for it, because again I have a job. So the guy skipped the back yard, the garage, and the whole inside of the house, but they still charged me full price. They did offer to come back for the rest but...I have a job. This service was also a month late according to the schedule they initially promised me. So after all this I called them to cancel because of the scheduling frustrations and their complete lack of effectiveness, and was told....oh excuse me, REMINDED about the huge cancellation fee. It was in the fine print (but not verbally mentioned) when I signed up. I told the person on the phone my legit reasons for wanting to cancel but they didn't care, they just wanted the money. Stay away from Croach. When a company's business model includes recurring service that can't be cancelled even when a customer is very unhappy, that's a red flag that shouldn't be ignored.

Our technician arrived promptly. He was friendly, thorough and was very informative about their service. I felt the pricing was quite reasonable for all that they do.

Their employee hit my dad's truck left a dent and didn't care. He proceeded to get into my face and make a scene. His name is Ayo he is about 21 years old. I am sorry for anyone who gets this kid. He is so disrespectful and rude I don't know how he works for them. The dent on his vehicle and his license plate. Will not be sharing pics of the giant dent on my dad's white truck.

We have been using CROACH for nearly four years now and they are absolutely wonderful!! I was concerned at their last visit because it rained as soon as they left, but three months later, what they put down is still working!!! Amazing!!! Everyone who has come to service our home has been friendly, reliable, and very respectful. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Sketchy company please don’t hire them. First like others have said , they come to YOUR door with a charismatic salesman and point out the pest issues you may or may not have. If you show the slightest bit of interest they prey on that. I had a bad ant issue in my garden and was genuinely interested in their help to get rid of it , signed up for treatment and to my understanding it was $150 plus the follow up treatment for egg cycles etc. The salesman do NOT mention that signing up locks you into a whole contract of treatments ( which by the way I did not notice improvement in, my pest issues got worse) so when you sign their iPad you think it’s for the two treatments they mention but it’s actually for more . They are now threatening me with early cancellation fees of $200 and collections . That’s a terrible business model . Be more up front with your customers and don’t threaten them with collections immediately. Oh and they also ask you to create a review immediately, before you even deal with their company or see results . Avoid at all costs and tell them to get off your property.

Not impressed and definitely not worth the money. The first tech who found the mice was awesome, but isn’t the person who came for our services (not so awesome). We complained and they said we didn’t have any other options. Also, I was rushed into signing the contract and had to pay $200 to cancel our plan. Make sure you know what you’re getting into before you sign. There were too many miscommunications between the office and the techs & we had an issue almost every visit, AND still got bugs! $119 bi-monthly for nonsense. Lesson learned.
