Patrick S had an amazing personality. He was very precise and thorough when above and beyond for me. I was very impressed. Glad to have him as our tech. Croach is the best.

Our tech today was Jacob. He was very polite and respectful, and he knew the safety regulations regarding the products he used for our insect control treatment. For example, I asked him to spray the floor trim along our pantry walls but he said he couldn't do it since food is stored on the shelves. Even though all our food is in closed containers, he explained it is for our protection that he doesn't spray inside pantries. I appreciated his concern and compliance to safety regs. He was thorough inside and outside, and made sure the service was done to our satisfaction.

Jacob did an excellent job of helping me with my Hornet problem, and putting me at ease. He is very professional, informative, well-trained and experienced. I have only had great experiences with all of the Croach Technicians! I appreciate their expertise and willing attitudes.

I'm at the point in my life where I value service over price (I actually have no idea what we pay and how it compares to other services). The service is spectacular. They are very responsive and my wife has been very satisfied with every interaction we have had with Croach.

Paul is the absolute BEST!!!! He is always so helpful and patient in taking his time to explain the process to me and also what to expect during and after treatment and helps to put my mind at ease any concerns i may have and not to mention how brave he is for doing what he does!!! 😉

I wasn't home when Paul came to spray. But he left detailed message detailing all the areas he sprayed. With every service I've had from croach, I feel very confident in their service, they're honesty, and that if I am not happy with the service in any way they would come back and correct it for me. I would highly recommend them. And also their friendliness.

We met Paul for the first time today. I followed him around as he worked so I could get a better understanding of the process. He was great to work with, explained what he was doing and why. We're new to Croach, but so far are quite pleased with the service, the technicians and the results.
