I have had the best experience with Croach! I’ve had 2 services. A huge wasp nest inside the wall of the house and foundation powder/ spray for beetles in the foundation posts. Cassie was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She really went above and beyond. This company has been so easy to work with. When I had questions they did not hesitate to connect me with the task force- the people that go out and do the work. Sherry in the back office was very helpful as well. I really cannot thank them enough for making it so easy!

Croach is a great service. My technician Randy is awesome. So polite and friendly. He always does a great job. I've been using this service for many years now (back when they were Pest Free). I have always had terrific service. Would definitely recommend

We’ve been using Croach for quite a while and have been very happy with them. Our service technician is very thorough, responsive, and is just a great guy. He always makes sure to take care of our shed and playground, which is really important since my son has a phobia of spiders. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Ken does a thorough job and has a great attitude. Croach takes great care of their customers, and when you need them to send a pest technician to your home to take care of something extra, (like my garage, cause I wasn't home when they were doing the service) they send someone out to take care of it at no cost! This company knows what they are doing and always tries their best, making sure to accommodate if they ever drop the ball. (as we all do from time to time)

We work a lot with Randy and have been very happy. He gives us good info about what is going on with pictures. It has been a real relief to finally be on top of this problem with someone who is so Thorough, checks ALL under the house and makes sure he has taken care of all our concerns before he leaves. We have also been very happy with Croach and all the employees. They are an honest, hardworking group with high standards. We recommend them to everyone.
