Bed Bug Guys are the most helpful people I’ve talked to. He took my call after business hours. He took his time to ask me about my situation before scheduling an inspection, and actually was able to tell me that my bite pattern doesn’t sound like bedbugs and I should inspect and treat for fleas instead. I don’t have words to say how much I appreciate this! It will likely save me many thousands of dollars and time and stress! And now I’ll be able to actually solve my bug problem. He does his job to help people! I feel so lucky to have called Bed Bug Guys before I wasted my money and time.

This company is a life saver! I was worried that my kids were going to send bed bugs to school after getting a canine inspection with Jeff but he came and saved the day. The Bed Bug Guys are the best! After moving into a new home, we discovered we had a horrible infestation from the prior tenants. Our landlord was not cooperative but luckily we called the Bed Bug Guys and Jeff and his team took care of the problem quickly, efficiently and effectively. He also took the time to inform us about our rights as tenants, which was very appreciated. It's been about a month and we've been bed bug free! 5/5 would highly recommend!

I own a quad-plex and tenants informed me on a Sunday afternoon that they had been fighting a losing battle to bed bugs for a couple weeks. I called Bed Bug Guys that evening, and Jeff took my call and walked through the process. He showed up that Monday morning ready to treat the one unit, but recommended we inspect all units. Sure enough we found additional signs in the unit below the initial one. Jeff had plenty of equipment to treat both units, plus the common laundry room. He turned up the heat to 135 degrees and held it there for almost 5 hours. Two weeks later and tenants report no signs of bed bugs since. If a few did survive, though, Bed Bug Guys include follow-up treatment warranty at a drastically reduced cost. The apartments did look like a tornado blew through them after the treatment, but Jeff is careful to ensure all items that can be damaged by the heat are removed prior to treatment. Jeff is a no nonsense guy who is going to give it to you straight and provide the very best treatment available to exterminate these bed buggers. I would highly recommend Bed Bug Guys.

Reached out to Jeff to have inspections at a multi-unit community after reading so many positive reviews. At first, Jeff seemed responsive- was willing to get out on-site quickly, and was willing to provide the semi-invasive info we need to set up service.. Shortly after I passed him along to my boss- he asked her if he could use the pool.. we were surprised at the lack of professionalism and then it got WORSE! Day of, we still didn't have the necessary paperwork, and when trying to talk with Jeff he hung up on us. Canceled service and wasted our time.
