Cummings comes by every other month for exterior pest spraying. Josh will always answer questions and give great advice. This week we found a dead mouse in the pool pump filter. Josh said the hot dry summer conditions will bring mice into the yard looking for water. He recommended a small trough of water placed outside the retaining wall for the rodents to drink from. They don’t come over the wall looking for water if they don’t have too much Thanks for the advice Josh.

We have had an annual inspection from Cummings Pest since our home was built, and we had a warranty from Cummings. We have had a couple of small termite activity outside and in the garage, and Cummings quickly and efficiently took care of them. We have not seen any termite activity except those 2 times in almost 34 years. We feel our yearly inspection is well worth it.

Great Company. They have taken care of my yard, foundation Termite Control (once a year) ever since I had the house built 31 years ago. I live by a wash and have rodents from time to time. Box takes care of them. I have allergies therefore special care is taken to spray and do the outside only. Very affordable and The Cummings employees are very friendly. Josh has been coming to my house for years. He is professional, friendly, and very accommodating! I just wish that the office would schedule his date with me a little later in the day - I am not usually an early riser!!!!!
