Owner Ian came to the house to evaluate our needs. I was out of town on deployment as a Volunteer with the Red Cross. My wife became more worried than need be. We signed a contract and prepaid for full tenting and fumigation. Custom Pest Management, upon my request, helped me sort out our best course of action and took into consideration our current needs. At that point, and without hesitation, they gave us a full refund prior to fumigation. We are now spot treating and will happily come back to them for rechecking and whatever mitigation they recommend. I do not normally write reviews. This, however, is an exception.
