I’m sorry - I’ve had enough. Between the horrible virtual assistant which helps nothing when you call, to the ridiculous hours (try staggering your staff), I am no longer going to use this pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is great - just inaccessible.

Despite having a vaccine appointment the pharmacy claimed "they do not do vaccinations after 6pm" and refused to give one. Don't have appointments after 6pm if you don't actually want to administer them. Other reviews about pharmacy staff being rude is spot on. Needs a clean house here.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this pharmacy is seriously the worst and they need to do something about it. The pharmacy staff are consistently rude and dismissive. They lost my most recent prescription. I hardly use a pharmacy and can walk to this one from my home but it’s not even worth the convenience. I hope they figure their stuff out.

truly no one more committed to public health than the pharmacist who stood in the empty parking lot with a megaphone advertising that cvs has vaccines

This CVS has gone downhill significantly. I put in a refill request almost two weeks ago and never heard from CVS as to a reason why it could not be refilled. I know my doctor approved it. But you can’t even speak to someone when you call the pharmacy on the phone. An automated prompt tells you to leave a message and says someone will call you back soon. I left THREE messages this week with no return call. I had to go to the store to resolve my prescription issue. I still do not have a clue what the issue was.
