Kyle was absolutely outstanding when it came to performing the pest inspection. He was on time, efficient, friendly, and thorough. It was a great experience having Kyle as a technician through D-Bug and if any future pest problems occur for myself or my friends or family I will recommend D-Bug and Kyle.

Jasper was awesome! He was on time, respectful, and made the entire process easy. Actually, the entire process was easy from beginning to end. When I made the appointment they answered right away, informed me who to expect at my appointment, and I received a reminder again the day before. During my appointment, Jasper made sure to show me all of the trouble areas and walked me through our options. He treated me with respect and didn't make me feel uncomfortable for needing this service in the first place. I highly recommend D-Bug Pest Control and will definitely be using them again if I needed.

After calling larger pest control companies that wanted to charge me as much as $1,000 to treat my home for gnats over the course of 1 year. D-bug actually scheduled an appointment to inspect the house and point out the problem areas (mostly house plants) simple as that. And come to find out there is no real treatment for gnats just addressing any problem areas. But I'm sure those other companies will be happy to take your money without transparency in fixing your problem. However with D-bug you'll get honesty and integrity.

Noah did an awesome job! He was so thorough friendly and professional walking me through showing me the bait stations for the termites explaining everything! Gave us a good spray down for bugs. I highly recommend Noah I wish I could request him every month!

Another fine visit from the bug guys. Our tech. Brett was excellent, doing a bang-up job. even kept the windows relatively clean after the whole house exterior spray. Every D-Bug tech that has serviced this house has been great. D-Bug has been a great company to do business with.

My experience from start to finish with D Bug has been great. From pricing with Doug to Brett the technician doing a nice and neat job of installing termite stations. Brett also did a spray for me inside and outside of my house. He explained everything to me and was super friendly. He was super kind to my pets, not everyone is receptive to Doberman pinschers. I wouldn't hesitate to call D Bug for all my pest control needs. (Hopefully I don’t have anymore!)

CAOUTION...CAUTION...CAUTION....Called them on Monday for a serious Bee infestation in my home, the earliest they could get to me was Wednesday afternoon. Ok, I will wait and deal with the Bee's. Get a call from them on Wednesday morning advising their "ONLY" technician called in sick and they could not reschedule me until Saturday. But of course they require a credit card before they will even let you book an appointment. Fortunately I was able to find a more reliable company to handle the situation sooner. Caution expecting them to be able to handle your home.!

Clint did an amazing job. He explained the problem and located the location of the yellow jacket infestation. He applied the necessary treatments quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly.
