Jasper has been great to deal with. He has been nothing but courteous and friendly during the whole ordeal. He did a thorough inspection during the estimate, and did phenomenal work during both treatments. We noticed results almost right away: Bugs dying in all affected areas, no more crawling on our arms, and an end to red marks and itching on our bodies. Aprehend is a miracle. We hope we never need pest control again, but if we do, we will contact D-Bug Again, special thanks to Jasper. Great work, great attitude, problem solved.

Kenneth was so great!! He's timely, professional and always with a great attitude. I've only had two treatments so far, but noticed a huge difference after only the first. Very happy I decided to go with DBug!! And big bonus for not using toxic chemicals for the flea and tick treatment. We have dogs so that was very important!!

Nate provided the initial assessment and gave a very thorough explanation of the problem, and D-Bug's plan of attack, for the termites. Matt (technician) was friendly and informative. Re-assessed the situation and felt a few more traps in the basement were needed, as he found a live termite nest. I appreciate the diligence and service he provided! Not only were we happy with D-Bug, our real estate agent asked for contact info and plans to use them personally/professionally.

Thomas is very professional and polite. He explains what he's going to do,and tells you that if the bees are still swarming he will return ... no charge. That is good because most people assume they will be charged and not call back,only say it didn't work.
