Clint from D-Bug did an excellent job with our Seasonal Guard service. He also took care of two yellow jacket nests—including one that was large and aggressive—with professionalism and ease. We’re so relieved to be able to walk out our front door without worrying about getting stung. Clint was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. We’re very thankful for his work and highly recommend him!

This year is my first experience with a pest control company and I will say that d bug has been great. Matt has been our guy most times and he is quick and efficient. Thanks for the great service.

I actually enjoyed my termite inspection with Brett today. He answered all my questions and educated me about the process. Brett was very friendly and professional. D-Bug is lucky to have him as their representative.

I made numerous calls to get a pest control company to return my phone call , only this company called back , they scheduled me an appointment three days after my phone call , their customer service is outstanding, Nate came on time looked at my entire house , I have carpenter ants outside near the sunroom , we talked about the treatments , I told him I was concern about pollinators , insects and wildlife he explained me very well what are the chemicals and what they work on , I decided to wait in early spring to treat the outdoor area . I am very happy the way the appointment went , he is not pushy he gives you time to think about what you want to do . Being surrounded with pollinators , insects and wildlife is a huge responsibility and even though you want to get rid of Carpenter bees I am not going to do collateral damage to kill the ants , I will reflect and chose the best way to take care of this . MY MISTAKE!!! Regarding previous post (see below). My service was complete. Matt promptly returned and showed me the treated areas. Five stars well deserved. (I was supposed to get a "30-min out" call. None received. I called when tech was 40 min late to agreed time and was told he was still at another location. I stepped into my shower for 10 min then returned to my computer to find, "I recently performed a service". REALLY?)
