Daniel is fast response and professionally to get work done. Our roof insulation ripped off by squirrels. Daniel did a detailed inspection outside and went up to the attic to check and clean the squirrels activities.

Even when we put in offer on our house we saw the gaping holes all over. When we moved in we saw the squirrels going in and out and it was so hard to know exactly what to do or where to start. Daniel has pricing that's totally up front and he's very thorough. He also offered services like capping our chimneys and fogging and cleaning our attic that no other company offered. He was also about half the price than other quotes we received. He first set up one way doors and checked in afterwards to make sure there was no other activity. He carefully sealed up each hole, followed up after, and even offers a two year warranty on his work. He didn't find anyone else who offered any warranty. We first met Daniel when we were in need of snake removal for some rattlesnakes in Alpine. He did a phenomenal job, charged a reasonable rate and it worked-- the snakes didn't come back. More recently, we also asked him to get rid of the many black widow spiders around our house in South Jordan. Daniel has an in-depth understanding of the habits and personalities of nuisance animals, and he leverages his depth of experience in a way that you wouldn't get from a corporate pest control company. He knows and will tell you when you need a one time service versus continual maintenance. I trust his advice implicitly, and would recommend him for any job.

Daniel is excellent at what he does. He has assisted me with a squirrel battle that I thought would never be won. Although I’m not sure they will never come back, as of now my house and deck are my own again. We've hired Daniel for 3 different jobs - yes, 3. Two squirrel problems, and one horrible gopher problem. All 3 times, Daniel has been thorough, respectful, understanding, professional, and very knowledgeable. We've had great results live trapping two rogue squirrels that got into apartments from the roof, and he blocked the squirrels from nesting in the future. We've also had the worst gopher "clan" living at a different home in Sandy, and he baited several tunnels.
