We are a customer of Dave's Pest Control. Our current Technician Hector is very knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. He shows up on time and goes over and addresses any concerns we have. We originally had a roach problem and being in the middle of a 6 family townhouse setup, we needed help immediately. The problem was under control quickly and Hector comes back ever 3 months to spray inside and out, and address any concerns we may have. They send a report when the Technician is done with pictures and what was addressed. If a problem comes up before our 3 month service, all we need to call and the problem is addressed immediately. We are extremely pleased with the service and Hector's professionalism and knowledge.

Punctuality and communication, regardless of traffic regardless of whatever. Then I need to be called if anybody don't have my number that's not fair either. So yeah communication I was told to take this down, no. When it comes to accountability and competent people, maybe at their jobs but not for their jobs. If you get that. A man is only as good as his word. Late or not. I wasn't the one late. So for me to call and find out where my bosses are and want people to come work for people who don't want to show up early or on time. If you know there's traffic plan for it. Simple as that. If anyone anyone wants to work here. Easy laid back and you can be late! For work and appointments!
