I just moved into an apartment and saw a few roaches and management called out Dave’s pest control. Brian came in with an arsenal of products to combat my problem and throughly explained what he was doing and what each product would do to kill the roaches. I have never seen any pest control so thorough and informative. Brian did an outstanding job and made sure all of my questions were answered. Thank you SO much, Brian! Don’t go for the cheapest pest control out there. Dave’s will put your mind at ease! And that is worth any amount of money!

My insurance paid for this service. We are still on getting rid of ALL the bugs. They’re supposed to come every two weeks so they can kill the babies. This company doesn’t keep appointments or changes them every freakin time. Sposed to come today, Friday 8/1/25 and I called to double check. Someone in the office moved it to Saturday when I’d already told them Saturday would not work. Their service men have been A+ but the scheduling department is awful so I can’t give a good review.

Update the day after. ****Joe the owner responded here(see below) and Dan the service manager called me directly today. We talked about the quick first service and Dan said that was not what was intended, that this initial service is a lot more in depth and that he would be sending another tech out to perform the service again as intended. He said he will call and let me know a day and time. This is pretty prompt customer service, and I'd say the combo of Joe and Dan have put me at ease and I really believe there is going to be some good results and good service from Dave's Pest Control. *** I will update again if need be, otherwise I'm going to be preemptive and bump the rating up. Just started the service, will see how it does for pest control. The initial review stems from the fact that they charge a very expensive first fee to start service, its well over $200 and there is no reason for it. When compared to my prior pest control(my guy retired). They spent less time on site than he did on regular visits, unfortunately this just seems like a money grab at the beginning incase you cancel after the initial service, however they have you sign a one year agreement before canceling service, so there is no need for the ridiculous overcharge on the initial service. Can update this review as I go, I have reached out and Sarah from the Sanford branch has responded back so we will see how that goes, so far she just went over what services were performed. My house is 2,400 sq feet and the initial service did not take much time.

We have continually had good experiences with this company. We had seen some bugs and it wasn’t time for our next appointment so we called and explained our problem. They were able to send someone the next day. Brian took a lot of time to listen to where we had seen them and what we saw. He was able to take care of everything quickly and efficiently and was very professional. We would definitely recommend Dave’s Pest Control.

Brian was nice and informative. He took his time to explain what he was doing, He talked us through what to expect from the company moving forward and broke down the cost and the labor. He gave us clear guidance on how each service price and the pros and cons of each. He gave us information about the company and how much he values them and work well with them. I’m looking forward to seeing what they have to offer and how well they provide services.
