Keith visited my home to help prevent mouse infestation. He did such a great job sealing cracks inside and outside near the foundation. He also gave me lots of good advice. He even helped me clean under areas such as the floor under my stove, which I cannot reach due to my back disability. He was very kind and polite. He explained that I could call the company and have my home checked once again in the middle of winter to be sure the traps are working. The company is very efficient and organized, and I will definitely use them every year

I really appreciated how detail-oriented he was and that he even went the extra mile to take care of a bee issue I requested. Kevin did an incredibly thorough job! He spent a lot of time carefully inspecting the attic, basement, foundation and siding to find where mice are getting in from. He found and filled several gaps in the siding, which we greatly appreciated. It’s clear he knows his stuff! Best service we’ve received thus far.

Chris Ross is a fantastic technician who's handled our home service twice now. We've been with DeBug for several years and have always been pleased with the service and all the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and arrive on time. We get maintenance on an auto-schedule and the company has been prompt in responding to one off service calls for issues as well. What a great attitude from Chris though, above and beyond in his work ethic, desire to help mitigate issues, and he even cleaned the spider webs from our windows and doors!

Our tech, Kevin, performed a thorough and professional service at our home. He conducted his inspection on and efficiently on all levels of our home, and our backyard garden shed. He finished up by applying the liquid band protection around our exterior foundation. Superb performance!!
