Kevin was very good at letting me know a more precise time of his arrival which helped us a lot. He was much more thorough than our previous tech from another company. He explained what he was doing and found sources of our problem from the perimeter of our property which will allow us to remove stumps. He gets an A+ on his efforts-.now let’s see if it works! My experience with Debug CT has been better than I could have expected when I called Curt got right back to me showed up exactly on time was informative, honest, and willing to answer all my questions. After having him asses the situation I decided to go with Debug and made an appointment they responded quickly and sent Chris out to spray he also exceeded my expectations! Thoroughly going through all areas requested. Answered any additional questions and was very personable. Highly recommend Debug and very happy with the service and knowledge I received!!

Debug is the best. Called them this morning and they had someone out in less than an hour. Dylan stopped by and took care of a huge wasp issue for us. Dylan kept me updated throughout and was respectful to my property and home, which is huge when you aren’t able to be there for the services provided. Debug is the best, Dylan is the best. Shoutout to the receptionist/scheduler that I spoke to, as well. Forgot to write their name down, but they were wonderful and a pleasure to speak with!

Editing my review from 5 to 3 stars because it turns out not everything about this place is as amazing or functional as I first thought. I still really like all the technicians who have come here - they’re professional and do their best - but there are a couple of issues I don’t like. First, the pest problem is still ongoing. I live in the woods, so bugs are everywhere. Even though the team works hard to seal entry points, they can’t address everything within the one-hour appointment window. The situation has improved, but it’s not completely resolved. Second, their online system is frustrating. It automatically schedules your next appointment without giving you enough notice to plan ahead. If you can’t make it, you have to call the office to reschedule, but they’re not always easy to reach. On top of that, you can’t choose a time frame for the technician’s visit. As a full-time employee, I have to use PTO every time they come, and sometimes I don’t even know how many hours I’ll need to take off. That’s very inconvenient. Long story short, I’ll give this service a one-year trial, but I’m not sure I’ll renew at the price they charge. Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional when explaining all the services the company offers and their pricing during the home inspection. (I haven’t received any services yet, so I will update my review if we decide to proceed.)
