We have used Deft for years, the technicians are always respectful of our home and us. We’ve always had great customer service with Anthony Scott and Ryan. We’ve had issues and very often (not always but very often) same day service. We have a lot of black widows and wasps in our new house, and I’m so glad deft is controlling the pests.

JR was the best! He took his time, and spent over an hour and a half going through every single room, every single inch of the outside, setting traps, creating barriers, really went above and beyond, sprayed my basement 2x and will be back in a week to check his traps and monitor the situation. He explained everything as he went along, and did more in the time he was here than any other service we've had through this 4 year process put together so far. My extermination technician was JR, and IMO he did everything right. He wore a big, genuine smile and was as polite as he was thorough. He listened intently to all the trouble spots as I pointed them out to him. He brushed all the eves and foundation walls along the ground. The spot that was of greatest importance to me was a very busy nest of ground wasps. I treated it myself, 3 times unsuccessfully, but he knocked it out with liquid and powder insecticides. Before he left, he swept up the dead wasps. I purposely held off my writing of this review to see the effectiveness of the treatment. As I stepped out the morning after, I had to be careful about where I was stepping because there were dead bugs everywhere I looked. JR and Deft have good reason to be proud of the service I received. I can recommend them to anyone.

We have been with Deft for about a month now. Brody sprayed and did a great job at the initial visit. We noticed a couple of resistant critters so I called to get another spraying.
