I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Del Valle Pest Control. They scheduled my service and canceled on me more than five times. Then, without telling me, they went to my property, never entered the house, and later called me to charge for a service I didn’t even know had been done. When I told them I had no idea they went, they rescheduled—but again, showed up on a random day without my confirmation. After that, they began calling me every single day to charge me for a service that I never properly received because of their repeated cancellations and mismanagement. I asked several times to speak to the owner or a manager, and for months nobody ever called me back. The only calls I received were aggressive attempts to collect payment. On top of everything, the staff was consistently rude on the phone and never offered real solutions. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept pushing charges for a service that was never done right. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and frustrating. I do not recommend Del Valle Pest Control at all

Del Valle Termite & Pest Control did an excellent job at both our commercial and residential properties. They provided great customer service, got the job done and we've had no problems since hiring them. All employees are kind, respectful and prompt when they set their appointments. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them for our pest needs. Thank you Del Valle!!
