Thank you for coming out to protect our grandchildren. It was unfortunate that the bat died but to feel that we had someone to call upon just in case it may have been ill, was a stress reducer. Thanks for taking the time to educate us on the brown bat. We all learned so much.

A bat made its way into my house and I was freaking out and didn’t know what to do. It was a Saturday late in the afternoon and I called many numbers. This company was the only one to respond with being able to come out right away and Brianna found it within 10 minutes and took care of everything for me! She was amazing! Briana was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, quick response times & always stayed in communication with me to see how things were going. I have had raccoons living in my attic for quite some time & i had 2 other companies come out in a 3 month time frame & neither one of them were successful. I found this company & briana came out set traps & got all of the raccoons! I could not believe that a woman took care of a ongoing problem in a week & a half vs 2 different companies full of men who were unsuccessful within a 3 month span! I would highly highly recommend this company for any issues you may have!

Very fast response to my phone call. Within an hour, I was contacted that someone was on her way and she showed up exactly when she told me she would. She explained the procedure for setting a raccoon trap and told me the costs. I was very pleased with her service. Hopefully, the raccoons will be trapped and removed quickly. Followup: one raccoon was trapped and removed promptly. A second trap was left in place for a week and then removed. All in all, excellent service.
