We were extremely pleased with the termite treatment we received from Delhi Pest Control. We recently purchased a home and the termite inspection indicated possible active termites. The pest company contracted by the previous owners disputed the evidence. When Jim arrived from Delhi he was able to show us evidence of termites and he recommended that we let him drill very small holes in areas where the subterranean treatment could not reach. We immediately knew he was a professional and we were relieved he was going to remedy the situation properly. We can finally be assured that the issue has been adequately addressed.

Be aware: Satisfaction is not guaranteed with this company. We had this company come out three times (their standard for this treatment), but the problem was not getting better. At our third visit they provided a recommendation for other actions we could take to help remedy the problem, so we had all of those done and then called back asking for another treatment since we still had pest activity, and they will not come back out unless we pay for follow up visits. I have previously used a large, nationwide pest control company which was a little more expensive, but they continued to come out until we were completely satisfied. In the future, I would prioritize that satisfaction guarantee, since I'm now in the position where I have put time and money in with Delhi to still be at square one with the bugs. 2 stars because the technician was friendly & always on time, and the prices are good!

Rob came to our residence, introducing himself. He was very friendly, engaging in sharing knowledge offering added tips to some pests concerns, answering our questions. My tip: throw away booties to put in a back pocket for slipping on/off when entering customers home. Thank you!
