Unfortunately, this was a very upsetting experience. After trying to contact someone in Potsdam, I received a call from a representative in Berlin saying they could come by in the next few days. Then the same person, who unfortunately had little command of German (or English), came and explained that nothing needed to be done about the ant nest in the house. The representative was on site for a total of 20 minutes, 10 of which he spent on the phone with a new customer, and another 5 minutes talking to headquarters to clarify what he should do. Only after some persuasion could he be persuaded to apply 100ml of gel to the wall. Like in a bad movie, the gel gun jammed and then shot straight into my face. The next day, the bill arrived for €241. Unfortunately, the visit also yielded nothing – because the ants were still there well over a week after the visit, and only through our own measures and bait could they resolve it. I feel like I've been completely taken advantage of by this company :(

The fitter was extremely punctual, introduced himself in a friendly manner and immediately got an overview. He knew exactly what he was doing, explained every step clearly and worked extremely cleanly. The means used produced visible success after just a few days - just as he had announced in advance. I was really amazed that everything subsided exactly in the predicted time frame. I can only describe the effort and the result as first-class.
