Good service and friendly technician. I was in the pest control business for 17 years and can tell if someone knows what they're doing. Your guy, David, knows his stuff. Cesar was very professional and explained the process very well. He answered all of my questions and did a great job! He dusted all of the spider webs around the outside of the house before doing the treatment. Will recommend and use again in the future :)

First day of service and they did a great job of removing all the cob webs from the eves etc. Very courteous worker so far I’m very pleased. I’ve been having issues with spiders and ants mostly but also seeing moths and mosquitoes. Hope this service addresses all.

The service has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was told that all rodent entry points would be sealed, yet the same visible holes remain untouched. The traps set were minimal and ineffective, and the weekly check-ins consisted of little more than removing what was caught. When I reported hearing movement in the attic—possibly a trap having caught something—I was told there was no activity, based on monitoring from an app. However, the next technician contradicted that entirely, stating there is no such system in place at this property. To make matters worse, this technician discovered dead rats in the basement and irresponsibly threw them over the neighbor’s fence. At this point, it’s clear that the work being done is something I could have done myself for far less money and without the misleading contract. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately a waste of money. I would not recommend Dewey Pest Control based on this service.
